Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
No-Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or subscription renewals.
Before subscribing, we encourage you to review our pricing page and documentation to ensure CronBeacon meets your needs.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining unused days.
EU Statutory Withdrawal Right
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
However, during the checkout process you will be asked to explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and to acknowledge that doing so causes your right of withdrawal to lapse — in accordance with Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta) implementing Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you provided that consent at checkout, your statutory withdrawal right has lapsed and no refund is available under that basis.
If you did not provide that consent and wish to exercise your statutory withdrawal right within 14 days of purchase, contact us at contact@cronbeacon.dev before using the Service.

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as a verified technical failure on our part that rendered the Service completely unusable for an extended period. Contact contact@cronbeacon.dev to discuss.
